Up for bid is a 2000 custom built catering truck. Built by Custom Stainless in Hammonton New Jersey. The truck is equipped with a 3 foot griddle, stainless steel steam table, 2 basket fryers, 2 burner stove top, an upright refrigerator, a sandwich unit, complete exhaust system, lights, custom built serving window with enclosed glass and exterior folding serving shelf. This truck has a built in Onnan generator which you can start up from the dash of the truck. This truck is also equipped with a water tower, 3 compartment sink, hand sink and waste water tank. It will pass all health inspection codes in the 48 states. It also has 2 one hundred pound propane tanks and cabinets with a custom built stainless steel rear bumper and exit door. This truck is equiped with a 3 gallon coffee urn, microwave and easy access over head shelf.
